“Am I too dressed up?” - Nope! You can never get too fancy for Senior Pictures

This senior girl brought flowers, a flower crown, and beautiful dresses to her senior picture session and I was all for it! Dressing up in beautiful clothes and accessories is always welcome at any photo session. The most important thing I love is for everyone to wear what they are comfortable in and what makes them feel confident and beautiful.

The quiet beauty of the oak trees and roads in O’Neill Regional Park became the setting for these senior pictures. I always love photographing in nature. It used to be my own kids running wild among the oak trees, and now it is my photography clients I am capturing.

I met this senior after I photographed her brother’s senior pictures the year before. Her whole family came to a photo session and it was so fun to capture their laughter and fun in the bright spring greens of Irvine Regional Park. She shone in the sunlight and told me she loves photography, fashion, and beauty, and is often a willing model for her photographer friends.

Choosing clothing can be one of the most difficult parts of preparing for any photography session. Package A of my senior sessions provides time for a clothing change and location change. I love this opportunity for seniors to show the various aspects of their personalities and visions for their images. Dream big for your senior session!

Riding horses and getting her boots dirty doesn’t bother this girl. She brought her lasso and studs and I got to capture her inner cowgirl. Seriously fun for this photographer to find a new section of this park with fence rails and glowing light to capture these images.

After all the recent rains in California, Trabuco Creek was flowing with cold, clear water. This senior bravely took off her shoes and loved wading in the water that I could swear was freezing just an hour ago! I asked her to image being a forest princess or fairy and the images we captured are some of my absolute favorites. The sun glowed bright on Saddleback Mountain while we captured all the beauty of the blue-light photo time.
