Students from CPA, MVA, PCA, and SCSA may book an appointment at any of the following dates & locations.

School Photo Session Fees

Gallery Prices and Disclaimers

  • $25 - 1 digital image

  • $25 - prints from Package A (1 8x10, 2 5x7s, 4 4x5s)

  • $15 - 1 8x10 print

  • A variety of items are available for purchase including additional digital images, a variety of sizes of prints, magnets, key chains, holiday cards, and more.

  • Shipping and CA state tax added at checkout

  • $25 Gallery Credit will EXPIRE on June 1, 2026. All credit is LIMITED to the one photo session paid.

  • Other professional photographers may be working with Michelle McCoy on any given school photo day and may photograph your students instead of Michelle.

 FAQs

  • I use a blue/grey backdrop for all school photos. Whether indoors or outdoors, the backdrop will be the same.

  • For most locations, yes we are outdoors! I find a good shade structure, set up my backdrop, harness the beautiful natural light, and am ready to photograph. There will be a flash added for 2024.

    There are a few dates at indoor locations in 2025: MVA Library, Laguna Hills Community Center, Stanton Community Center, and the PCA Library.

  • I love to gather all your kids into one group photo after I take individual photos. You don’t have to sign up or pay me to take it. You will have a chance to purchase the digital image or prints when you see the gallery of photos.

  • For students - choose the package that includes the student ID card. You can also purchase it separately for any student for $10. For parents, you can order a Learning Coach ID card from this webpage. Just enter your info, upload your own photo, and pay for your card. Start Here

  • Feeling confident and comfortable in clothing is key for a great photo. Help kids choose tops that fit their personality and make them feel good.

    Bright colors look great on the grey/blue backdrop. All white, busy patterns, and logos can be distracting.

    Get a haircut now if it's needed rather than waiting until the day before photo day.

  • Glasses can be worn but let me know if you would like your child photographed with or without glasses. I will remove glare with editing any image that you purchase.

  • Yes you can pay on photo day. I accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and credit card payments.

    You can also pay when you book the appointment or on your reminder emails.

  • You can reschedule or cancel your appointment any time before the photoshoot. I will give you a full refund. No refunds given after the student is photographed.

  • Yes! I accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and credit card payments on photo day.

  • You can order an ID card for $10 each. You provide the photo. Scroll up for the link to ID cards.

  • For each student entry fee of $25 paid, you will receive a $25 credit on the photo gallery. Scroll up to see an example of items for sale in the gallery. Note - sales tax and shipping are added to items and may not be eligible for credit.

  • Michelle McCoy is the main photographer who has been capturing school photos since 2018. Other professional photographers have joined her team and offer the same excellence in photography and skill in working with children.
