Hi! I’m excited to offer school photos and ID cards for the students and families of iLEAD Exploration AV. There is ONE school photo day on Monday, September 28, 2026. I will be at the new iLEAD office in Acton to photograph your students. You can sign up for a time slot below. Walk ins welcome! The cost is $25 per student to be photographed. You will have a $25 credit to use in a photo gallery after photo day to be able to choose the image you like, order prints, order digital images, or purchase fun things like key chains and magnets. Sign up below!

If you only want an ID card or you miss school photo day, you can still purchase a student ID card or a parent ID card with your own photo. It will be shipped to your home address.

School Photo Session Fees

Gallery Prices:

  • $25 - 1 digital image

  • $25 - prints from Package A (1 8x10, 2 5x7s, 2 4x5s)

  • $16 - 1 8x10 print

  • A variety of items are available for purchase including additional digital images, a variety of sizes of prints, magnets, key chains, holiday cards, and more.

  • Shipping and CA state tax added at checkout

  • I use a blue/grey backdrop for all school photos. Whether indoors or outdoors, the backdrop will be the same.

  • I will be indoors this fall (2026) which makes for a more comfortable setting for us all. I will set up my same backdrop and lighting for great photos.

  • Yes!

    I love to gather all your kids into one group photo after I take individual photos. You don’t have to sign up or pay me to take it. You will have a chance to purchase the digital image or prints when you see the gallery of photos.

  • For students - choose the package that includes the student ID card. You can also purchase it separately for any student for $10. For parents, you can order a Homeschool Parent ID card from this webpage. Just enter your info, upload your own photo, and pay for your card.

  • Feeling confident and comfortable in clothing is key for a great photo. Help kids choose tops that fit their personality and make them feel good.

    Bright colors look great on the grey/blue backdrop. All white, busy patterns, and logos can be distracting.

    Get a haircut now if it's needed rather than waiting until the day before photo day.

  • Glasses can be worn but let me know if you would like your child photographed with or without glasses. I will remove glare from the glasses with photography software.

  • Yes you can pay on photo day. I accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and credit card payments.

    You can also pay when you book the appointment or on your reminder emails.

  • You can reschedule or cancel your appointment any time before the photoshoot. I will give you a full refund. No refunds are given after the student is photographed.

  • Yes! I accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and credit card payments on photo day.

  • You can order an ID card for $10 each. You provide the photo. Scroll up for the link to ID cards.

  • For each student entry fee of $25 paid, you will receive a $25 credit on the photo gallery. Scroll up to see an example of items for sale in the gallery. Note - sales tax and shipping are added to items and may not be eligible for credit.
